As you probably already know, a couple of days ago, I shot my new film, in Barcelona, with the fresh Molly Dae who came all the way from the UK. This shoot was different because, I was to perform in it, meaning have sex in front of the camera and be a porn actress for the first time!
The whole point of the shoot was to express authentic feelings and show my first time with a girl, as well as on camera. So, there was an uncertainty about it all. I didn’t know how I was going to react and could only hope everything would be alright. I also wanted to experience what porn actors go through to understand them better and become a better director.
Wake up, sunshine! It’s time to go have sex
The shoot started at 9am. I wanted to take advantage of all the beautiful, natural light of the set, but oh my goddess getting up early and thinking you have to have sex now is not the best feeling. I will definitely take this into account next time I plan a shoot! I was starting to be afraid and thinking this might be just a total disaster…
Strip!
After the team gathered at the flat and everybody was ready, came the time to take my clothes off. I had imagined that moment many times in my head over the last few weeks, but I still thought: “Wow, I’m really doing this”.
At first, I felt nervous and noticed I was giggling like a silly teenager.
But after a few minutes, I started feeling totally fabulous. I thought: “Let’s do this”.
Go slow
We started kissing and fooling around, and I thought it was easy and nice.
The cameras
The advice I often give to actors and amateurs is to forget about the camera, imagine I’m not there. However, I was performing and directing at the same time, so I didn’t have the luxury to forget about cameras, angles, light… So, sometimes, I had to interrupt and ask the team to shoot us a certain way. Thankfully, Molly is experienced so she completely understood.
Sex is sex!
However, the mood was going strong and we were losing ourselves in some nice, sweet, hot sex. First, I tiptoed. I realized it was crucial to perform with someone that you have chemistry with, because there are things that you can’t fake.
Then it got way more passionate and intense.
We’re not alone
I have to thank the team that helped me. We’re all friends and the fact that I knew I could trust them considerably helped me. They were there, all around us, but I didn’t care.
